In order to begin the design process, you must pay a nonrefundable processing fee of $20. We will attach a payment link at the bottom of your email quote. Once payment is received, we will send you an illustrated preview via email.  If there are any changes you would like to make to the details of the design, a revised preview will be sent to you. Once you approve the design, we will email you a final price. Your order will be printed after we receive full payment.
